How does one not let shit bog them down? Make a fucking cake, goddamn it. I bought some fondant from Michael's and went to town. Behold!

I think storebought fondant tastes like asshole :C I like marshmallow fondant from scratch the best :]

But my OMG FONDANT SNOBBERY ASIDE your cake is cute! BUT did you paint with... paint?

I guess watercolours would be edible D:

Yes, it does not taste very good lol. I'd totally make fondant on my own, I just figured it'd be hard as fuck to do! But maybe I'm wrong, marshmallow sounds damn good.

No worries, I painted with foooooood colouring!

The instructions said to add one drop of food colouring at a time, and I tried to make the entirety of it blue. As you can see it looks marbly (which I grew to think looked neat), I stopped kneading the food colouring into it because each drop basically disappeared and didn't make it much blue-er.

I'm gonna be bringing my cake-making supplies with me, I suggest we bake the shit out of something!

Oh my god, it looks so easy. Thank youuuuu! I don't think I'll ever be buying the Michael's brand shit again, it was good for practice but it tasted gross and felt like I was cutting into a shoe, lol. *joins group*
